1. Who we are
Integrate AI ("we", "us", "our") helps businesses audit their workflows, build custom AI agents and train their teams. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit our website or get in touch with us. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. What we collect
We keep collection to a minimum. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details — your name, email address and anything you choose to include when you email us or use the "Express interest" form on our site (which opens an email from your own mail app — nothing is stored on our website).
- Booking details — if you book a discovery call, the booking is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email and chosen time slot under its own privacy policy.
- Business information — if you become a client, information about your business processes and tools that you share with us so we can do our work.
Our website does not set its own cookies, run advertising trackers or use analytics tools.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- Respond to your enquiries and schedule calls;
- Understand your business so we can scope and deliver our services;
- Send you information you've asked for about our services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing you haven't asked for.
4. Third-party services
Our website uses a small number of third-party services to function: Calendly (call bookings), Google Fonts (typography) and Tailwind CSS (styling, served from a CDN). When you load our site or book a call, these providers may process technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review Calendly's privacy policy if you book a call with us.
5. How we protect and keep your information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it.
6. Client data and AI systems
When we build AI systems for your business, we treat your business data as confidential. We only access the systems and data you authorise, use them solely to deliver the agreed work, and never use your data to train models for other clients. Specific data-handling arrangements are agreed in writing as part of each engagement.
7. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it promptly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date above updated to reflect when it last changed.
