1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Integrate AI website ("the site") or engage Integrate AI ("we", "us", "our") for services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Specific client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement; if there's any conflict, that agreement takes priority.
2. Our services
We provide AI consulting and implementation services, including workflow audits, custom AI agent development and team training. The descriptions on this site are general in nature — the exact scope, timeline, deliverables and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to any systems connected to it, or use its content in a way that misrepresents us or our services.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site — including text, design, graphics and logos — belongs to Integrate AI and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. For client engagements, ownership of deliverables and any pre-existing materials is set out in the engagement agreement.
5. Third-party services
The site links to and uses third-party services such as Calendly for call bookings. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.
6. No guarantees from general information
Content on this site, including statistics and case examples, is provided for general information. It isn't advice for your specific situation, and outcomes vary between businesses. Any figures we quote for a specific engagement are set out and qualified in the engagement agreement.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Where liability can't be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant services.
8. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date above updated to reflect when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
